Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair appeared for the second time on Friday before a public inquiry into the Iraq War. Blair first gave evidence to the Iraq Inquiry last January amid doubts over the legality of the 2003 invasion. He was being asked to explain apparent discrepancies between his evidence and statements made by other witnesses. His decision to include British troops in the invasion of Iraq proved to be one of the most controversial of his 10 years in Downing Street, sparking mass public protests.
