Voters and representatives of parties were invited to one pf election districts as observers. There were over 30 voters who entered the cabins with an electronic voting paper. They have no problems on using of new technics. Voting lasted for less than one minute.

Central Election Committee (CEC) has already conducted such pilot testings. Zagipa Baliyevam chairwoman of Central Election Committee says that there were no any breaks so far. The computer specialists say that protection of «Sailau» is even more powerful than the protection of server of National Bank of Kazakhstan.
- We hope that all the measures will be taken for good functioning of system. But Central Election Committee prepares explanations of how to act if any breaks or unforeseen circumstances appear, said Zagipa Baliyevam chairwoman of Central Election Committee of RK.
Testing was conducted successfully. Server of CEC successfully received and worked out information about the voting. Then the state commission will adopt «Sailau». Till Septemebr 15 its computers will work in testing regime. Then they will be encoded.
