Emirates Palace Celebrates the World Travel Award for the Middle East Leading Conference Venue

Emirates Palace Sales and Marketing Team hosted a client cocktail to celebrate their success in achieving the World Travel Awards Middle East Leading Conference Venue. The reception was a tribute to the loyal clients for their support to the hotel's drive towards excellence and prominence. The Emirates Palace has won three coveted honours at the World Travel Awards as Abu Dhabi's Leading Hotel, Abu Dhabi's Leading Conference Hotel and Abu Dhabi's Leading Resort.

The Abu Dhabi iconic property also snatched the Best Business Hotel Award in Abu Dhabi by the Business Traveler Middle East magazine. The hotel was honoured at a colorful ceremony hosted in Dubai last week.

''We would like to thank our clients who have supported us and ensured Emirates Palace is recognised as one of the world's leading venues providing world class facilities and services for meetings, incentives, conferences and events", - remarked Mr. Hans Olbertz, General Manager Emirates Palace.

He also paid tribute to hotel staff for their dedication and diligent work which, he said, had made these achievements possible. The coctail reception, part of Meet Kempinski Week, provided an ideal opportunity for the hotel management and personnel to meet new clients and network with existing clients to thank them for their valuable support.

The evening was attended by Janet Abrahams, Director of Sales & Marketing, Emirates Palace, top sales and marketing executives, senior Palace officials, staff and more than 60 clients. With an ever expanding calendar of events, Emirates Palace has become the cultural centre of the Middle East hosting major exhibitions, concerts and international conferences. Most recently Emirates Palace was the venue for open air concerts from Cold Play and Bocelli attracting visitors of over 25,000, the Abu Dhabi Classics season of concerts made a memorable programme held at the Auditorium.

Highlights of the coming event programme include this month's prestigious pre-opening exhibition at Gallery One for Louvre on 25 May and the French Season Art and Crafts Exhibition, with  the Haute Couture Fashion Show on 27 May.
